Civil pro is a one stop heavy construction or trade, team management system. Our goal was to target the contractors looking for a more streamlined solution to dealing with employees and time cards. From dispatch to time card we have you covered!
We make it so your employees time card is the trunk of your project. Everything is tracked by machine type or labour type on each project, so if your working on a contract or time and material every hour is accounted for. All data is stored in an easy to search database that can be exported to Excel and passed on for invoicing purposes or contract tracking. Time cards can also be exported and given to payroll for simple input by project number or employee.
Each project is then tracked on your app to show your foreman or superintendent how much time is left on the project to complete. The same section will also show materials used such as aggregate, pipe, concrete, etc.. this section can be catered to however in depth you want to be with your tracking. This is a great feature for your foreman to get a visual of exactly how much material was estimated and used.
Along with the app we have developed a dashboard for the project managers so everything can be accessed from your office computer. This is where you will manage everything from dispatch to time cards, and have full communication with any employees in the field.
